I see a charge on my bill from eImprovement.com that I do not recognize. What should I do?

We take charge inquiries seriously and will be happy to work with your bank to resolve this issue. However, before contacting us, please consider the following common scenarios, in case this charge resulted from one of these situations:

1 – Did you place an order at one of our Network stores? eFaucets.com, LightingCatalog.com, DoorFixtures.com, etc.?
2 – Do you have a child, spouse, friend, relative, or co-worker who has access to your card number and may  have placed an order?
3 – Do you have additional cards associated with the credit or debit account that show the charge?
4 – Did you place an order in the past for a back-ordered or pre-order item?

We suggest you check with the other authorized users of the card or check to make sure you didn’t place the order with one of our network stores, which would be covered under the eImprovement.com umbrella.

If the charge is not explained by any of these situations, please fax (or have your issuing bank fax) the following information to us at 262-681-3395:

1 – Complete credit card number for any cards associated with the account showing the charge
2 – Date of charge
3 – Amount of charge
4 – Your name, e-mail address, and fax number or phone number

Please do not send your credit card number via e-mail, as this is not a secure transmission method.
